Digital Products (Downloads)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you have trouble accessing your file, email support@t2pstudio.com and we’ll help.

 

 

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical products are made to order through print-on-demand partners.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • Normal wear and tear

We will replace or refund physical items if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Wrong item received

 

 

Reporting Window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for physical-item issues.

 

 

How to Request Help

Email support@t2pstudio.com with:

  • Order number

  • Brief description

  • Photos showing the issue (and shipping label if possible)

Do not send items back unless we provide return instructions. POD returns (if needed) may go to the manufacturer and instructions can vary.

 

 

Refunds (If Approved)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider.
