Digital Products (Downloads)

  • Digital products are delivered electronically (instant download or via email/link after purchase).

  • No shipping is required.

  • If you have trouble accessing your file, contact support@t2pstudio.com.

 

 

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Physical products are made to order and shipped by our print-on-demand partners.

  • Processing time: Typically 2–7 business days (production before shipment).

  • Shipping time: Typically 3–10 business days after processing (varies by carrier and destination).

  • Total delivery time = processing + shipping.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking

  • If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

 

 

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to reship.

 

 

Delays

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods may impact delivery times.

 

 

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact support@t2pstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Brief description

    • Clear photos (item + packaging/shipping label if possible)

  • We’ll work with our print partner to resolve it (replacement or refund if approved).
